How do I access my purchased lessons?⌄
After purchase you receive an email with a permanent personal link. All lessons remain available in your account indefinitely.
What skill level are the courses designed for?⌄
Beginner to advanced. Each course clearly states the required level and offers optional preparatory modules.
Can I get a refund if the course is not right for me?⌄
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 30% of the lessons.
Do I receive feedback on my drawings?⌄
Every paid course includes two rounds of personal feedback from our instructors within 72 hours of submission.
What drawing materials are recommended?⌄
Graphite pencils 2H-6B, smooth sketchbook paper, and an eraser. Digital students should use a tablet with pressure sensitivity.
How long do I have to finish a course?⌄
Lifetime access. There is no deadline. You may return to any lesson whenever you wish.
Can I study at my own pace?⌄
Absolutely. Lessons are released progressively but you can pause or accelerate the schedule freely.
Do you offer gift certificates?⌄
Yes. Gift cards in any amount are available at checkout and never expire.
